Dick Preesman (1964) born in the Netherlands started at a very young age with his artistic skills. In early days Preesman painted mainly nudes and portraits. Over time his work changed more and more into abstract en lyric-abstract. His paintings, often large in size, are presented in clear and primary colours, in which shape and colour take an important part and leave an exiting and strong impression. His work is very much in demand in the Netherlands but also abroad he is expanding. Preesman exhibited in many parts of the world, eg. the USA, Canada, France, Belgium, South-afrika, Italy and in 2010 in Switzerland at gallery 88.
